Dave Pollock
David F. Pollock, was born in Waynesburg, a son of the late Ewing Baily Pollock and Margaret Fox Pollock. After graduating Lafayette College (A.B., 1976) and New York Law School (J.D., Cum Laude, 1979), he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October of 1980. He initially practiced with his father and uncle, William Thomas, in the firm of Pollock, Pollock & Thomas. He is a founding member of Pollock Morris, LLC. <br><br></p> <p>In addition to practicing in the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County since 1980, he has been admitted to every level of the Pennsylvania Court system and Federal system; including the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts, and the Western District of Pennsylvania, the 3rd Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.</p> <p>Not a stranger to public service, David served as Greene County District Attorney from 1988 to 2000. He has been retained as a Solicitor for the County of Greene from 2000 to 2010. Other municipalities and municipal authorities that employ or have employed him include Jefferson Morgan Regional Council of Government, Jefferson Township, Mt. Morris Water and Sewage Authority and the Municipal Authority of Carmichaels and Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority.</p> <p>David is currently a member of the Greene County Bar, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He serves or has served on numerous boards in Western Pennsylvania, including: Community Bank, and the Humane Society of Greene County.

Chuck Morris
Charles J. Morris, Esquire has been practicing law in Waynesburg since 1975 and is a founding member of Pollock Morris, LLC. Attorney Morris is a Greene County native and graduate of Carmichaels High School. Mr. Morris is a 1971 graduate of The University of Notre Dame, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree and majored in History. After graduating from Notre Dame, Mr. Morris moved to Pittsburgh to attend the Duquense University School of Law.</p> <p>After graduating law school in 1975, Attorney Morris returned to Greene County, where he has since practiced law. Admitted to the Greene County Bar in 1975, Mr. Morris became a member of the law firm Pollock, Pollock and Thomas in Waynesburg. Mr. Morris has since been he has been admitted to every level of the Pennsylvania Court system including the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts, and United States Federal Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the 3rd Circuit Courts of Appeals. Attorney Morris currently focuses his practice on the fields of Wills and Estates, Real Estate and Oil and Gas.</p> <p>Attorney Morris has served on the Board of Directors for the Eva K. Bowlby Library, has been an active participant in the Greene County American Heart Association and served as the Chairman of the Greene County Planning Commission until his appointment as County Commissioner in 2011. Mr. Morris served as the Greene County District Attorney from 1980 to 1988 and has served as a Greene County Commissioner since 2011. In 2013, Mr. Morris was elected as the chairman of the Greene County Commissioners.</p> <p>Chuck is currently a member of the Greene County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Morris and his wife Janice have two children, Jenna and Trevor.

Adam Belletti
Adam Belletti, Esquire has been a member of Pollock Morris, LLC since 2012. Mr. Belletti has practiced in Greene County since he joined Pollock Morris, LLC as an associate in November of 2009, shortly after passing the Bar October of 2009. Attorney Belletti is a native of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania which can be found in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania.<br /> Mr. Belletti is a 2005 graduate Villanova University in suburban Philadelphia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and was a member of the Villanova Men’s Rugby Team. Following Villanova, Mr. Belletti enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate and a certificate in Civil Litigation. During law school at Pitt, Attorney Belletti was a research assistant in White Collar Crime and earned valuable practical experience in summer internships with the Lehigh County and Delaware County District Attorney’s Offices and the University of Pittsburgh Family Law Clinic.</p> <p>Mr. Belletti currently is a member of the Greene County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Attorney Belletti serves on the Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services Board of Directors and the Greene County Children’s Roundtable Council. Adam is an avid skier, fan of college football and basketball and enjoys playing soccer and basketball amongst other sports in his free time.

Chris Simms
Attorney Simms is a Greene County native, having graduated from West Greene High School in 2004. Mr. Simms acquired a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington and Jefferson College in 2008 and a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University in 2012. Mr. Simms began practicing law in Waynesburg upon his induction to the Bar in 2013. Attorney Simms has been admitted to every level of Pennsylvania State Court System including the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts. Mr. Simms currently represents the Borough of Waynesburg as Solicitor as well as several township zoning hearing boards. Attorney Simms, focuses his areas of practice in Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Civil Litigation and Family Law Matters. Mr. Simms is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Greene County Bar Association where he has served as Treasurer and Vice-President. Mr. Simms is an active outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his fiancée, family and friends.
