Dave Pollock
David F. Pollock, was born in Waynesburg, a son of the late Ewing Baily Pollock and Margaret Fox Pollock. After graduating Lafayette College (A.B., 1976) and New York Law School (J.D., Cum Laude, 1979), he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October of 1980. He initially practiced with his father and uncle, William Thomas, in the firm of Pollock, Pollock & Thomas. He is a founding member of Pollock Morris, LLC. In addition to practicing in the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County since 1980, he has been admitted to every level of the Pennsylvania Court system and Federal system; including the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts, and the Western District of Pennsylvania, the 3rd Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Not a stranger to public service, David served as Greene County District Attorney from 1988 to 2000. He has been retained as a Solicitor for the County of Greene from 2000 to 2010. Other municipalities and municipal authorities that employ or have employed him include Jefferson Morgan Regional Council of Government, Jefferson Township, Mt. Morris Water and Sewage Authority and the Municipal Authority of Carmichaels and Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority. David is currently a member of the Greene County Bar, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He serves or has served on numerous boards in Western Pennsylvania, including: Community Bank, and the Humane Society of Greene County.
Adam Belletti
Adam Belletti, Esquire has been a member of Pollock Morris, LLC since 2012. Mr. Belletti has practiced in Greene County since he joined Pollock Morris, LLC as an associate in November of 2009, shortly after passing the Bar October of 2009. Attorney Belletti is a native of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania which can be found in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Belletti is a 2005 graduate Villanova University in suburban Philadelphia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and was a member of the Villanova Men’s Rugby Team. Following Villanova, Mr. Belletti enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate and a certificate in Civil Litigation. During law school at Pitt, Attorney Belletti was a research assistant in White Collar Crime and earned valuable practical experience in summer internships with the Lehigh County and Delaware County District Attorney’s Offices and the University of Pittsburgh Family Law Clinic. Mr. Belletti currently is a member of the Greene County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Attorney Belletti serves on the Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services Board of Directors and the Greene County Children’s Roundtable Council. Adam is an avid skier, fan of college football and basketball and enjoys playing soccer and basketball amongst other sports in his free time.
Chris Simms
Attorney Simms is a Greene County native, having graduated from West Greene High School in 2004. Mr. Simms acquired a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington and Jefferson College in 2008 and a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University in 2012. He has been practicing law in Greene County since his induction into the bar and has been admitted to every level of the Pennsylvania State Court System including the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts. His list of clients include schools, municipalities, zoning boards and municipal authorities. Attorney Simms, focuses his areas of practice in Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Municipal Law, School Law and Civil Litigation. He presently serves as the President of the Greene County Bar Association and has previously served as Treasurer and Vice-President. Mr. Simms is an active outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Marissa Stewart
Marissa Stewart is a Waynesburg Central High School graduate. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Waynesburg University in 2013 and her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University in 2019. Attorney Stewart began her legal career in Allegheny County but quickly felt drawn back to her home in Greene County. She returned to practice in Greene County in 2020 and has continued to practice in Greene County since then. Marissa seeks to humanize her clients by telling their stories. Growing up in Greene County, Marissa is easily able to connect with her clients. Her passion is visible inside and outside of the courtroom. Marissa is a member of the Greene County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. When she is not in the Courtroom, Marissa can be found with her husband and daughter, Harper. Yes, Marissa named her daughter after Harper Lee, author of her favorite book, To Kill a Mockingbird. Marissa values health and well-being. She enjoys beginning her day with exercise and wrapping up the day with a good book.
